Anyone else see this chase?

It ended when the guy drove into a parking lot with the cops right behind him. He jumped out and tried to flee, with a gun in his hand. Police shot at him (and hit the car's driver's side window, it looks like), he fell to the ground, dropped his gun... then tried to grab something else out of his pocket. That's when the cops really let him have it.

Not to sound too... "wrong," you might say, but I wish the cameras hadn't pulled away from the guy right before he was gunned down.

The Guy was stupid for trying to have a weapon even close to cops and running from 'em

The cops were stupid to shoot first, try to disarm him later (understandable, but, unnecessary sometimes)

and the cameraperson was stupid to not leave it on the cops letting the guy have it [img]tongue.gif[/img]

yeah i watched that live when they lit him up, but after that they started cutting the footage right before they shot him up.....i had to go before anything else was said, was he killed on the scene? some other station said that he was killed right then and there, another said he was in critical condition

Didn't he hit a couple of pedestrians (with the car) at one point during the chase? [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

Jeez the guy didn't even try to shoot a the police. Do they really needed to shot him down? Man U.S. police don't take chances at all. Like they say: We shoot first and ask question after lol.
